Numbers such as 97 or 99 are only part of a handpiece’s identification. Copy the full prefix, number and suffix from your W&H or A-dec instrument. Our high-speed and electric guide prices describe different work, so confirming the exact marking helps us match your handpiece to the correct repair option.

Describe the light problem on your work order instead of selecting a repair solely from that symptom. Include any rotation or water spray issues too. We assess the handpiece and recommend the work appropriate to what we find.
Call or email the full model marking, a clear photo and a description of the problem before shipping. Parts availability and repair options vary by model, and an inspection may still be needed for a final estimate.
