Bearing rebuild or new head cartridge?
The condition of the existing head assembly helps determine the repair. We inspect the attachment and can send an estimate before you approve the work.

Tell us what changed.
A useful work order connects each serial number to its symptoms. Note when the problem started and whether it happens continuously or only during use.
- Unusual noise, vibration or reduced power.
- Heat at the head or body.
- A bur that will not stay secure.
- A change in water spray or lighting.

Can I request an estimate before repairs begin?
Yes. Choose “Send an estimate first” on the work order. You can also authorize repairs up to a limit. Tell us if you have a deadline so we can discuss parts availability, shop time and shipping.
Does a new head cartridge replace the entire handpiece?
No. This service replaces the specified head components and includes the bearing work listed above. Other parts of the attachment are inspected, and additional damage may change the estimate.
Where can I find the warranty after a repair?
Your Account Portal shows the completed service and warranty dates after we record them. Search your saved work orders by model or serial number, or contact us with the work-order reference if you need help.
