Repair service for Midwest high-speed handpieces, electric attachments and low-speed equipment. We help your practice identify the repair option for the specific instrument you use.
Midwest equipment ranges from air-driven turbines to electric attachments and low-speed motors. A turbine replacement quote does not describe the same work as an E Pro attachment repair or a Shorty motor overhaul. Use the groups below to find the right starting point, and list each component separately if you are sending an assembled low-speed system.

Tru Torc, Shorty, Rhino & RDH
Our low-speed guide lists Midwest Tru Torc I / II, Shorty I / II and Rhino / RDH motor overhauls. A motor, nose cone and angle are separate components, so tell us which pieces you are sending and which are giving you trouble.

Include the series, full model and serial number for each handpiece.
For E-series attachments, note the marked ratio as well as E Pro, E Plus or E Mini.
For a low-speed assembly, list the motor, nose cone and angle separately and describe where you noticed the issue.
Warranty & turnaround
Your Midsouth repair warranty
Our listed handpiece repairs include a 6-month warranty. See coverage information. After completed service is recorded, your Account Portal shows repair details and warranty dates.
Plan around the current turnaround
Timing depends on the repair and parts availability, plus shipping time. Call before sending a time-sensitive repair so we can discuss your deadline.
Midwest repair questions
Should I send the entire low-speed assembly?
Call with the model and symptoms first so we can discuss which components to include. On your work order, list every piece you send. This keeps the estimate and repair record clear when a motor, nose cone and angle arrive together.
Does the electric guide price cover every E Plus version?
The guide covers the speed-increasing attachments listed on our pricing page. Include the attachment’s model and ratio so we can confirm the correct service. A motor or another attachment type needs a separate assessment.
