Our repair shop is in Lexington. Offices in Memphis, Jackson and surrounding West Tennessee communities can send their handpieces by mail.

Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro and other Middle Tennessee practices can use our mail-in service. Include the instrument model and ratio when requesting an electric attachment repair.
East Tennessee
Offices in Johnson City, Knoxville, Chattanooga and other East Tennessee communities can ship to Lexington. Plan for transit time in both directions and call before sending an urgent repair.

Shipping time is separate from time at the repair bench. Parts availability, the repair needed and estimate approval can all affect when a handpiece returns.
If several handpieces need attention, identify each one separately and tell us which is most urgent. Call before shipping if you need equipment back by a particular date.

Where will my handpiece be repaired?
Repairs are handled at Midsouth Handpiece Repair, 1701 Palmer Road, Lexington, Tennessee 38351. Memphis, Nashville, Franklin and Johnson City are areas served by mail; the repair shop address is Lexington.
Can you repair equipment at my dental office?
This service is mail-in handpiece repair. We do not offer on-site visits or pickup. Contact us about equipment or a model you are unsure of before arranging a shipment.
Can an office outside Tennessee use the service?
Yes. Midsouth accepts handpiece repairs by mail from all 50 states using the same work order and Lexington shipping address.
