Can I get an estimate before the repair?
Yes. Select the estimate option on your work order and include your preferred contact information. You can also indicate an amount above which you'd like us to contact you.
What should I include in the box?
Your handpieces and a completed work order with your office details, the issues you're experiencing, and your repair or estimate instructions. Record the shipment's tracking number and keep a copy for your office.
How much will my repair cost?
See our repair pricing guide for common high-speed, electric, and low-speed repairs. Final pricing depends on the model, condition, and parts needed. You can request an estimate before work begins on your work order.
What warranty comes with my repair?
Handpiece repairs include a 6-month warranty. The Star 430 lube-free has a 1-year repair warranty. Read our warranty information or contact us with your work-order reference if you need help with a previous repair.
When will I get my handpiece back?
Timing depends on the repair and parts availability. Call before shipping if you need your handpiece by a particular date so we can discuss the current turnaround.
