Can I ask for an estimate only above a certain amount?
Yes. The work order includes an option to request an estimate if the cost exceeds the amount you specify per handpiece.
What contact details should I include?
Include your practice name, return mailing address, phone number, office email, and the person who can discuss the repair or approve an estimate.
Does being near Lexington mean I can get a same-day repair?
