Getting started is simple.

Fill out the work order with your office details, handpiece information, and the issue. Prefer an estimate first? Let us know on the form.

Pack it. Label it. Send it.
Include the work order with your handpieces. Use the USPS Returns link above to create and print your label, then attach it to your package. Save the tracking number to your work order in the Account Portal. You can also use your preferred carrier.
