The T1 Line 1:5 is an electric attachment with different repair needs from an air-driven turbine handpiece such as the T3 Racer. Copy the full model marking, ratio and serial number onto your work order. Tell us about changes in rotation, sound, temperature, bur retention, water spray or lighting so we can assess the right repair.

Bearing repair includes cleaning and inspection, replacement of the head bearings, O-rings and intermediate shaft bearings, followed by lubrication and testing. A new head cartridge adds replacement of the head gear, spindle and chuck. We inspect the attachment before recommending the work.

A bearing rebuild services the existing turbine with new bearings and O-rings, cleaning, lubrication and testing. A new turbine replaces the chuck, turbine, bearings and O-rings, followed by cleaning, lubrication and testing.

For an attachment other than the T1 Line 1:5, or a motor or control unit issue, send the full model and a description of the problem before shipping. The attachment and turbine prices above do not cover motors or control units. We will confirm the service available and discuss an estimate.
